This following Agreement is made and entered into on the date of booking between Bloom Bar 207 LLC and the undersigned client. By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Rental DurationThe standard rental duration is eight (8) hours, including delivery, setup, and breakdown. Additional rental time may be available upon request for an additional fee.
2. Travel FeesDelivery within 25 miles of Scarborough, Maine is included in the rental price. A flat travel fee will apply for locations beyond this radius. The exact fee will be determined based on the event location and communicated at the time of booking.
3. Delivery & Pick-Up
The Provider will deliver, set up, and dismantle the rented items. The Client must ensure clear and accessible entry for installation.
Pickup will occur at the agreed-upon time at the end of the rental period. Any delays caused by the Client may result in additional fees.
4. Damages & Liability
The Client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the rented items during the rental period.
Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed, and the Client will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
The Provider is not liable for any injury or damage caused by misuse of the rented items.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring the rented items remain in good condition and are not moved or altered after setup.
The Client must ensure that all rental items remain secure and undamaged during the event.
